At Triple L, safety is job one. We have dedicate safety professionals in every market, and all our operations managers have a financial incentive to delivery superior performance.
Because workplace safety is so crucial to good working conditions, we have identified all relevant safety and health regulations and requirements, as well as industry standards for safety in the field.
We stay aware of any changes in local ordinances and standards, as well as all OSHA regulations, and continuously educate our employees regarding all health and safety hazards and how to avoid them.
Safety training takes place at our facility and in the field.
To meet our safety goals, we establish a safety metric on every project, and report the results to our workers weekly. We include daily JSAs (job safety analysis) for every crew, have weekly tailgate safety meetings, random inspections and an employee safety committee. As new regulations are announced, we pass the information on to our managers and crews.
